  • To educate, organize and empower , refugees camps,the rural poor women & children of regions to achieve responsible well being based on sustainable livelihoods, social equity, social justice, economic growth and self reliance through community participation and initiatives.

  • To be responsible means that our well being must be based on sustainability and equity.
  • It is irresponsible to take from the well being of future generations in order to enjoy our own well being today.And to be equitable so that the poor ,weak,and vulnerable should become the first priority.

Strengthening monitoring, assessment and research

 

1. In collaboration with all stakeholders, we will promote co-ordination of mechanisms for information sharing and monitoring by utilising existing UN and other systems and the network of websites established at the Third World Water Forum Ministerial Conference, and will encourage relevant internationalorganisations to operate them.

 

2 .We will support strengthening water monitoring capacity in partner countries to complement existing monitoring efforts.

 

3. We will support the development of mechanisms for collaboration in water-cycle related research, and enhance research efforts in this area.

 

4. Reinforcing engagement of international organisations.

 

5. We underline the need for the United Nations to take a key role in the water sector.

 

We stress the importance of reinforcing co-ordination within the UN system, and between the UN system and the Bretton Woods institutions, the regional development banks and various stakeholders.

In order to achieve UN Millennnium Development Goal Campaign and International Year of Sanitation 2008

 

To put the spotlight on sanitation the UN General Assembly declared the year 2008 the International Year of Sanitation. The goal is to raise awareness and to accelerate progress towards the Millennium Development Goal (MDG) target to reduce by half the proportion of the 2,6 billion people without access to basic sanitation by 2015.UN to Review Progress on the Millennium Development Goals at High-level Meeting in September 2010 “Time is short. We must seize this historic moment to
act responsibly and decisively for the common good.”
With only six years until the 2015 deadline to achieve the Millennium Development Goals, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon chose these words to strongly urge Governments to engage constructively in the preparations for a high-level meeting in September 2010 to review progress towards the MDGs and other international development goals.

Le Weri s’engage a élaborer des stratégies de renforcement en ce qui concerne l’approvisionnement d’eau et d’energie et tient faire de ses priorités, les raisons qui poussent les états en conflits a favoriser les déplacements massif de populations et d’animaux et au non repect des programmes lièes aux rechauffements planétaires.
